We make a lot of decisions about what we are going to do in this world. What filter do we use to make those decisions? What are the key questions we ask before deciding what we should and shouldn’t do? And then, what filter do we use before promoting, glorifying, the decisions we have made. Fearing God doesn’t sound all that fun does it? Well, Biblically speaking it’s the fear of God that leads us to wisdom. And, maybe fearing God isn’t about being scared of him. Maybe it’s about remembering his power and might, so that we might better appreciate the One who is for us. This is a seven day journey, where we will stop together and remember the power of God. We will learn what it means to fear Him, and in fearing him, we will learn to love him more.
